Raw food diet?

I've heard so much about raw food for losing weight and looking younger.  I'm really debating giving this a try.  I don't eat junk food, rarely eat red meat (my meat source is mostly fish) and exercise.  Maybe it will give me an edge?  I'm afraid of not getting enough minerals/vitamins. Hmmm. Going to go do some more research.
